We are delighted to have you involved in the LSS Academy Barcelona Tour 2026.
Please provide all the details requested below so we can go ahead and proceed with getting accommodation and transfer etc arranged.
All players must have at least one parent or guardian accompanying them on the tour and will need to have their names on the hotel room lists as per the tournament participation rules. Players are not allowed to stay in off site accommodation elsewhere and play in the tournament as the tournament will compare the squad list we submit to their room list to ensure players are eligible to play.
Please let us know full name and date of birth of all members of your group in the sections below so we can provide this to the tournament who will allocate all rooms.
There are mainly 4 berth units (limited 2/3 berth units) available so if only a parent is travelling with a player we will request a 2 berth unit however this all depends on availability. To maximise our chances of getting everyone into the accommodation, we would recommend a player and parent to share a 4 berth unit with another player and parent. We are happy for you to arrange who you share with privately of course (and then complete this form with both details together) but if you can't find someone to share with then please let us know and we'll try to put you in contact with someone else looking to share. If your group is 5 or more, then we may have to split across two units but will request that the rooms are close together.
In the box titled 'Person 1', please provide the Player's details in this field and then details of all other members of your group after that.
For example, if only a Player and Parent are attending, please include the Player's details in the 'Person 1' box and then the accompanying parent's details in the 'Person 2' box. If there are two players attending in this group then include their details in the first two boxes and then parents and other members of the group after that.
